From Downtown LA (I-710 South): Take I-710 South to the Pacific Coast Highway exit. Turn left onto PCH, right onto Redondo Avenue, then right onto East 4th Street. TMC Rehab is on the right.
From Orange County (I-405 North): Take I-405 North to the Cherry Avenue exit. Turn left onto Cherry, right onto East 4th Street. Approximately 10 minutes from the exit.
From San Pedro / Harbor (CA-47 / Vincent Thomas Bridge): Take CA-47 North, continue on I-710 North, exit Pacific Coast Highway eastbound, then follow directions above.
Long Beach Transit: Bus routes 71 and 92 stop within three blocks of our entrance. Call ahead and our admissions team can coordinate transportation.
